What’s in the online account?
You can access more of our services 24 hours a day, seven days a week through your online account. Make a payment, view your statements, report a repair, or a problem with a neighbour at the touch of a button and more.
- Update personal, household details and give notice online.
- View and manage your repairs including booking appointments, making enquiries and checking your past and upcoming appointments. If you live in a new build property and need to report a defect during your defects period, please call us on 0800 542 8904 or email contact@fairhive.co.uk.
- Use the budgeting tool to help you manage your finances and organise a payment schedule for arrears.
- Request a visit from your Neighbourhood Manager at a date and time convinient to you.
