We’ve been made aware of a scam in the Southcourt area of Aylesbury, where men impersonating Fairhive employees visited a resident claiming to carry out a repair in exchange for cash. Please remember all genuine Fairhive employees and contractors will always carry official ID and will never ask for cash payments for repairs or any other work. If someone comes to your door and you’re unsure if they are genuine, do not let them in. Call our Contact Centre straight away on 01296 732600 who will quickly check and confirm the visit. If you think you may have been targeted or fallen victim to a scam of this kind, please contact the police immediately.
