Working with David Wilson Homes, part of the Barratt Redrow Group, we will deliver 70 new affordable homes on this development in Winslow.  We will be providing a mix of rented and shared ownership homes, in a town that has a full range of local amenities, as well as good public transport links, that will include a railway station later in 2025.  All of the homes should achieve EPC B.

Following the successful handover of 45 new homes in an earlier phase of this scheme, the team are pleased to be working once again with Bellway to deliver a further 50 new affordable homes on Phase 4 of the development at Chamberlains Barn, Leighton Buzzard.  All of the properties will include Air Source Heat Pump electric heating and electric vehicle charging and will be built to Bellway’s future homes standard. All of the homes have a predicted EPC B rating.

We are once again working in partnership with Cala Homes to bring more new homes to our residents. This scheme, at Kimblewick Road, in the village of Little Kimble, will provide 22 new affordable homes, all of which will be heated by air source heat pumps and will benefit from electric vehicle charging. The homes will be a mix of houses and flats, with 18 available for rent, and 4 for shared ownership.

Fairhive is proud to be working with Barratt David Wilson Homes to provide 40 new affordable homes on their residential development of 135 homes, which forms part of the Clipstone Park

Development in Leighton Buzzard. The 20 rental and 20 shared ownership properties will benefit from the amenities included in the development, such as green space, allotments and playing fields. The first completions are anticipated in 2025, through to 2027.

Bloor Homes began work on site in late 2023 on a development on the northern edge of the town of Winslow.  Fairhive will be providing the 42 affordable homes on the site, which are made up of 32 flats and houses for affordable rent, and 10 houses for shared ownership.  It is anticipated that the first homes will be ready for occupation in the spring/early summer of 2024, and will be completed in phases going through to 2026.

Our scheme at Churchway in Haddenham with Redrow Homes will provide 45 new affordable houses, ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms; 30 for rent and 15 for shared ownership.  The location benefits from a range of local amenities including a village shop, a primary school and a junior school within walking distance. The homes will all be heated by Air Source Heat Pumps and have electric vehicle charging points.

We are working with Miller Homes to provide 27 new affordable homes on a development of 65 dwellings in the village of Longwick, to the north of Princes Risborough. We will be offering a mix of 18 rented flats and houses, alongside 9 houses for shared ownership.

We are in the very early stages of providing 24 affordable homes at the site of the Church of the Guardian Angels in South Court, Aylesbury.  The scheme will provide 20 flats at social rent, and 4 houses for shared ownership, which we hope will be available for occupation in 2025/26.

Phases QRSTU - We are pleased to be providing 92 new affordable homes on the Whitehouse development, to the west of Milton Keynes. Built by Bellway Homes, 69 of the homes will be for shared ownership, with 23 for social rent. Some of our rented homes will be part of a pilot offering an enhanced environmental specification, combining improved fabric with air source heat pumps and electric space heating. The homes will be delivered in phases from 2023 through to 2027.

Phases P and V – We will be offering a further 29 new homes in these later phases of the Bellway development, of which 22 are shared ownership, and 7 social rent.

We are working with Barratt David Wilson to provide 100 affordable homes in Village 3 of the Kingsbrook development.  75 of these homes will be for rent, with 25 for shared ownership, and they will be completed in phases through to 2025.

Working with Bellway Homes, Fairhive are proud to be providing 46 new homes at Moreton Road in Buckingham. 35 of the homes will be for rent and 11 for shared ownership sale. They will be built to Bellway's Future Homes standard including enhanced passive thermal insulation, air source (ASHP) electric heating, and electric vehicle chargers and will become ‘zero carbon’ for residents in future as electricity becomes cleaner.
