Our Contact Centre will be closed from Tuesday 24th December 2PM for the Christmas holiday. The phone lines will be open again on Thursday 2nd at 8:45 am. If you have an emergency repair before then, please call 0800 542 8904. If you suspect you have a gas leak, call the National Gas Emergency number immediately on 0800 111 999.

Changes to your household

It is your responsibility to tell us if there are any changes to your household, this includes the birth of a child, someone moving in or out, or if someone passes away. We understand that it can be a very difficult to loose someone close to you, but we ask that you contact us as soon as you can to inform us of the situation. You can do this by calling or emailing the Contact Centre on the details above, or by filling in our death notification form below.

How do I register for the text messaging service?

We have updated our automated text messaging service and the number has also been updated.

If you had previously registered with our text messaging service, this was shut down from 20th January 2021. There is now no need to register, just text us the specific keyword and you will receive the required information.

Please ensure your mobile number is updated on our systems, if we do not have your mobile number, you will not receive text updates. If you change your mobile number you must contact us and let us know. If you have not opted out of text messaging, then you will also receive text updates on repairs booked.

All you need to do, is text the following keywords to +447520660536 and you will receive a text back with the requested information:

  • BAL or BALANCE – to request a current account balance

  • BALW – to request a current account balance each week on a Monday

  • BALM – to request a current account balance on the last Monday of each month

  • BALSTOP - Previously requested weekly or monthly rent account balance texts will be discontinued

  • PAID – to receive date of last payment and amount of payment for rent account

  • RENTCALL – to request a call back from your rent advisor
