Disability Confident Leader
We're certified as a Level 3 Disability Confident Leader (DCL) in recognition of our good practices to recruit and retain disabled employees. As part of our team of employees, we currently employ 28 colleagues who have a declared disability. We are the third business to achieve this in Buckinghamshire and only the eighth Housing Association nationally. We’re committed to doing even more to support individuals working at Fairhive with disabilities and ensuring we keep our Level 3 Disability Confident Leader status.
