My HomeHub makes managing your home easy. You can use My HomeHub on any web browser, or by downloading the app from the Apple App store or Google Play Store. You can use My HomeHub to manage your home on the go, at a time that’s convenient for you – you need to register first, so sign up below.

To register you will need an email address and your tenancy number, which can be found on a rent letter / rent statement / payment card. If you have any issues getting started please contact us.

Once registered you’ll be able to:

  • View and manage your non-emergency repairs including booking appointments, making enquiries and checking your past and upcoming repairs
  • Book appointments with various departments
  • Use the budgeting tool to help you manage your finances and organise a payment schedule for arrears
  • Report anti social behaviour and fly tipping
  • Update personal and household details
  • Request a visit from your Neighbourhood Manager at a date and time convenient to you
  • Give notice online
  • Request permission for items such as a water meter or a video doorbell
