We were pleased to provide 10 new affordable houses in a desirable location, on the south eastern edge of the village of Fritwell, 7 miles from Bicester. Built by Cala Homes, the homes, which are a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership, have electric air source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points.
Fairhive are delighted to have worked once again with Deanfield Homes and on this development in South Oxfordshire, where we provided 22 homes for rent and 8 for shared ownership.
We were delighted to work alongside Bellway Homes to provide our first homes in Thame, South Oxfordshire. Phoenix Park is a new residential development by Bellway on the former Kingsmead Business Park in Thame. We provided 28 new homes, 21 for rent and 7 for shared ownership.
Working with Cala Homes, we delivered 37 new affordable homes on Aston Clinton Road in Weston Turville. Work started on site in late 2021, to provide a mixture of rental and shared ownership homes, ranging from 1 bedroom flats to 4 bedroom houses. Our first residents moved in in late 2022, with the final properties being handed over mid-2024.
Fairhive was delighted to once again work with Lodge Park Homes to provide 12 affordable new homes in the west of Milton Keynes, in the development area known as Tattenhoe Park Phase 4A. Our 10 rented and 2 shared ownership properties form part of a 30 home development.
In our first development with Wilber Homes, we provided 6 new affordable homes in Stokenchurch, comprising 4 x 2 bed apartments for social rent, and 2 x 3 bed houses for shared ownership. The homes were completed, ready for occupation in early 2024.
We worked with Dandara Homes to provide 33 affordable homes, as part of their 108 home development at Wavendon Lodge, to the east of Milton Keynes.We were able to provide a range of properties, from 1 bed flats to 4 bed houses, with a mix of social rent, affordable rent and shared ownership.
Working alongside Barratt Homes, we delivered 134 new homes for rent and shared ownership at Tingewick Road in Buckingham. The properties comprised of 101 homes for rent, and 33 for shared ownership.
Working with Abbey Developments, we were able to provide 35 new homes on The Hawthorns development in Stoke Mandeville, for rent and shared ownership.
Fairhive Homes were thrilled to provide 45 new affordable homes in Leighton Buzzard, constructed by Bellway homes. The properties included 23 flats and houses for rent, with 22 two and three bedroom shared ownership houses.
Working with Dandara, we're able to provide 30 affordable homes in the village of Naphill, in the former Wycombe District, 6 of which were available for shared ownership.
