We recently consulted with all our stakeholder; residents, employees and partners to develop new strategic objectives that outline our business priorities for the period 2025 – 30.
Our new strategic objectives came into effect in April 2025 and are:
Resident voice – resident choice and opportunity
Housing quality – safe homes in desirable locations
Employee engagement – new possibilities through our people
Environmental – improve our environmental impact
Development and growth – quality, sustainable and affordable new homes
