How can I apply?

Available properties are advertised weekly on the Bucks Home Choice website. The listed adverts give details about the size, type, location and rental cost of the property. Additional information such as service charges may be available, if applicable.

How are applications prioritised?

Buckinghamshire Council’s Choice Based Lettings team manage all Bucks Home Choice applications. All applications are assessed under a banding system (A-E) depending on your current

How can I show an interest in a property?

You can express interest in any advertised property that you are eligible for on the Bucks Home Choice website. You can apply for up to three properties per bidding cycle (weekly).
