How can I report fly-tipping?
Report fly-tipping to your local authority
If the fly-tipping is in Buckinghamshire, you can use Bucks Council's (Fix My Street) to identify who has authority over the land the fly-tip is on.
If you see a fly-tip in any other area in which we operate, you can report it to your local district council:
Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire, Slough, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire (North), Northamptonshire (West), Hertfordshire.
Report fly-tipping to us
Fly tipping on our land should be reported to us in Estate Services by email or by calling 01296 732600, where we will arrange for it to be collected.
Once reported to us we aim to collect within 10 working days. Our caretaking team carries out collections each week.
If the fly-tipper can be identified we will seek to recharge the associated costs to the perpetrator. We may also involve Bucks Council or the relevant authority, to consider further enforcement action if appropriate. Where this occurs in and around flatted blocks, we may have no option but to consider recharging all residents within the block if we cannot identify any perpetrator(s) of the fly-tipping.
