Despite being close to the centre of the popular village of Wendover, Bankside occupies a peaceful spot next to the Wendover arm of the Grand Union Canal.

The scheme comprises of 45 one bedroom flats.

The Beeches is another popular scheme in Wendover. Opened in 1972, it occupies a quiet spot at the Halton end of the village, within easy reach of local amenities.

The scheme offers 22 one-bedroom flats and 10 two-bedroom bungalows.

Residents benefit from excellent communal facilities including two lounges, kitchen, library/study room, a large laundry room and a guest room with a £15 per night charge.

The secluded gardens are enhanced with decking and a patio.

The local Budgens and Co-op are situated in the High Street.  Tesco Express is situated by the Halton End of the village.  The village hosts many eating places, antique rooms, a hair and beauty shop, a GP surgery, post office, Rumsey’s Chocolate Shop and there is a bus stop 50 yards from the scheme.

There is a residents social club who hold regular events and meals, bingo and lunchtime meals, like fish and chips.

Pets not accepted in flats but they are permitted in the bungalows.

The Poplars is just a short walk from the centre of Wendover, with its excellent shopping and cafes.

Another of our schemes made up of flats and bungalows, Poplars makes the most of its secluded spot with lovely gardens, including a new decking area and patio.

Facilities were updated during a refurbishment in 2011, installing a new more efficient gas central heating system. The communal lounge was redecorated and the kitchen replaced, and Photovoltaic panels were installed on the roof to provide electricity for communal areas.

Wendover enjoys particularly good public transport, with a frequent bus schedule and railway station for trains to London.
