Advice during the colder period
With the colder weather expected to continue over the coming weeks, we know it can cause issues in your home and may result in higher call volumes to our Contact Centre. It’s really important that, during this time, you only call us if it is necessary to help us prioritise urgent repairs and our vulnerable residents.
For general queries or non-urgent matters, please use one of our alternative methods to get in touch, such as My HomeHub, our online home management portal, or email us. This will help us to refer your query to the right team while our phone line team is managing emergency call-outs.
A top tip!
An issue that could be easily solved is a frozen condensate pipe. This is the pipe that carries water away from your boiler, ensuring it continues to function properly. We’ve found a video from Bosch/Worcester that can help safely unfreeze your boiler’s condensate pipe, allowing you to reset the boiler without the need to call out an engineer. If you have a burst pipe or a leak in your home make sure you turn off the water supply as soon as possible, using the stopcock, and call us. This will reduce the risk of water damage.
If you need to contact us out of hours, please use our 24/7 helpline (0800 542 8904) for emergencies only where our team will attend to make the property safe.
If you are out and about, check the weather warnings and the road updates from your local council.
