We are a recognised Alternatives to Conflict valued partner
Earlier this month, our Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) team had the privilege of attending the Annual General Meeting of Alternatives to Conflict (formerly known as Mediations Bucks). At the event, we were honoured to receive an award recognising our valuable partnership with the organisation. Alternatives to Conflict is committed to providing conflict resolution services that empower individuals to address disputes with understanding and mutual respect.
As a housing provider dedicated to supporting our residents, we consider mediation an essential part of our service offering. Speaking on the partnership, Andrea Loomes, Neighbourhood Team Leader, shared: "Mediation is a proven and successful way for individuals in conflict to resolve their issues amicably in a safe, neutral environment. At Fairhive, we believe in giving our residents a voice and allowing them to discuss their concerns with someone independent of us as their landlord."
This partnership aligns with our commitment to fostering strong, thriving communities where residents feel heard and supported. Providing access to impartial and professional mediation services further demonstrates our dedication to creating a positive living environment and promoting peaceful conflict resolution.
We thank Alternatives to Conflict for this recognition and look forward to continuing this impactful partnership, which directly benefits residents and contributes to the well-being of the communities it serves.
