We’re attending the Bucks Confident Futures Skills Show
At Fairhive, disability confidence is fundamental to our recruitment and retention practices for all our employees. At the time of recognition, we were the third business in Buckinghamshire and only the eighth Housing Association nationally to achieve Level 3 Disability Confident Leader status. Our commitment to supporting employees with disabilities remains strong as we strive to uphold this high standard.
As a not-for-profit landlord managing nearly 9,000 affordable homes across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, South Northamptonshire, and surrounding areas, we reinvest our income into our social purpose. We have a longstanding history of supporting individuals with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) in their employment searches.
