Getting to know you
We want to make sure that the information we have about you and members of your household is accurate and up to date. Knowing more about our customers helps us to tailor our services to better meet your needs.
Therefore, over the next few months, we will be conducting an exercise to contact all our residents through various methods to ensure the key information we hold about you is correct. We will be contacting you via text, phone call, email, letter, or in-person visits. As a thank you for participating, you will be entered into a prize draw to win a £200 Love2Shop voucher.
When will I be contacted?
This exercise will take place from December 2024 to March 2025. You may be contacted or asked to complete a census during a scheduled work appointment, such as a gas inspection.
In some circumstances, we may need to contact you for a follow-up call, but we’ll ensure to do this at a time best suited to you.
What information will I be asked for?
You will be asked to confirm your details, including your full name, primary phone number, email address, and the names of those living in your household. Additional information will be requested regarding your economic status, nationality, gender, ethnicity, support needs, and communication preferences, such as whether you require large-print letters due to an impairment.
What will the information be used for?
The information you provide will be used to update our records. We use this information to:
· Manage your tenancy, lease, or application
· Comply with our legal obligations
· To improve our services to our customers
· To send you emails and text messages about our services, if you agree to us doing so
· To enhance the quality and diversity of our services
· To investigate the circumstance of your application, inquiry, or complaint
· To monitor our work
Too personal?
