Our Great Gardens Competition Winners for 2024

The results are in, and we’re excited to reveal the winners of this year’s Great Gardens Competition! With so many impressive entries, it was a tough decision for our judges, but three exceptional gardens stood out for our categories: Best Overall Garden, Best Communal Garden, and Best Edible Garden.

The Best Overall Garden truly made the most of its space, showcasing a stunning variety of vibrant flowers. It’s amazing how many blooms were packed into this compact area, creating a bright and colourful display. This garden is a testament to the resident.

Our Best Communal Garden winner presented an incredible range of flowers and plants, all maintained perfectly. The judges were struck by the welcoming and calming atmosphere, enhanced by the thoughtful use of the space, including the clever integration of the car park with additional plants.

The Best Edible Garden offered generous produce, with impressive crops such as large cabbages and flourishing cucumbers. The judges commented on the number of pollinators, making it a biodiverse haven.

We hope these inspiring gardens encourage others to start their gardening ventures. We can’t wait to see what our 2025 competition brings!
