Have you been contacted to make a disrepair claim or been asked whether you have outstanding repairs done by someone other than your landlord?

In April 2022, the Housing Ombudsman introduced a new Complaint Handling Code. As of April 2024, this code became statutory, meaning landlords must legally adhere to its requirements. All landlords must self-assess and publish their compliance with the code annually.

This annual careers event offers a welcoming and inclusive opportunity for young people and career seekers with special educational needs and disabilities or those facing barriers to entering the workforce.

Volunteering plays an essential role in shaping our services. Our Resident Volunteers influence positive change and make a big difference for other community residents and members. 

At Fairhive, disability confidence is fundamental to our recruitment and retention practices for all our employees. The Confident Futures show will take place on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024, and is free to attend. With over fifty local businesses participating, it promises to be an unmissable event.
