Welcome to our new-look Fairhive website!

You may notice our website looks different. We have launched a new style of website, with changes to the page features, colours, and improved navigation and search functionality, with further improvements to come later in the year. Rest assured, all the content on our website remains the same and you should recognise your usual go-to information.

Our Communications Team have been working on the key updates and requests for this ‘Phase One’ launch based on the feedback from our Focus Group, resident survey responses, and employee input in December and January (2022/23). We will contact each service area internally over the coming months to look more in-depth at how we use the website to support their messages and communicate with residents and suppliers. This may look like creating more content, videos, or accessible guides to support with various needs and requirements.

We’d love to hear your thoughts!

We have aimed to incorporate as many ideas as possible raised in our workshop meeting for this first phase of the project. We’re interested to hear what you think of the new style of the website and our new features such as the ‘popular pages’ squares on the Home Page.

We know there is still work to do and we are continuing to ask for feedback and improve on the site to keep our webpages current and useful. This work is an extension of the project we ran for our rebrand in April 2022 and has been designed around having a website that grows and changes, something we can do in-house with our Communications Team. This gives us more control over such a key channel for resident support and communication.

If you have any questions or suggestions regarding the project, please get in touch with the team and we will contact you with more information about how to get involved.
